Porcelain Veneers
Wax-up + trial smile before we touch a tooth.
A Lincoln Park studio for veneers, Invisalign, and whole-smile transformations. Dr. Eleanor Mead takes one patient at a time — with the kind of attention that only shows up in the result.

Custom-shaped porcelain shells, designed in collaboration with a master ceramist in Highland Park. Every case begins with a wax-up and a trial smile, so you see the result before we touch a tooth.
Typically 2–3 visits across 4 weeks

Eleanor trained in cosmetic dentistry at Northwestern University and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, with postgraduate work in occlusion and digital smile design. She founded Linden in 2019 to practice in a quieter, more deliberate way — fewer patients, more time for each case, and the kind of detail that only shows up in the result.
She lives a few blocks from the studio with her husband and two dogs, sits on the editorial board of the Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry, and teaches a once-yearly seminar at Northwestern on smile-line aesthetics.
Linden runs Tuesday through Saturday from a studio above the bookshop at 2418 N Halsted St, three blocks south of the Fullerton Red Line. Initial consultations run forty-five minutes — bring questions, and any photographs of smiles you admire.

We don't ask for reviews. The notes below were sent unprompted — and have been published with permission.
“Dr. Mead spent more time at the consultation than my last dentist did across five years. The result is a smile I actually look forward to seeing in photos.”
“Quiet, attentive, and precise. I came in for a single veneer and left with a treatment plan I actually trust — and a date for it.”
“I'd been told my smile was 'fine' for years. Linden was the first place that asked me what I wanted it to look like.”
“I drive in from Evanston for my appointments. It's a thirty-minute drive and it is, every single time, worth it.”
If you don't see what you're looking for, the studio answers calls and emails directly within one business day.
Forty-five minutes. We talk about what you'd like to address, take photographs, and look at smiles you admire if you have references. No treatment is ever proposed at the first visit — we send a written plan within a few days afterward.
Questions, and any photographs of smiles you admire. If you have prior dental records or recent x-rays, bring those too — but they're not required.
It depends on the work. Bonding is one ninety-minute visit. Veneers run two to three visits across about four weeks. Invisalign and smile makeovers are three-to-fourteen-month timelines, sequenced carefully.
We accept all major cards and offer financing through CareCredit for treatments over $1,500. We're an out-of-network provider with most insurance carriers — we'll provide all the documentation you need to submit for reimbursement.
Linden takes one patient at a time, by appointment only. New patient inquiries usually wait two to three weeks for an initial consultation. Submit the form below or call the studio directly.
Email hello@lindendentistry.com or call (773) 555-0142. Eleanor or Marisol responds within one business day. For urgent matters between visits, the studio line forwards after hours.
